1. Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival featuring SiStars

When: Sat, Jun 15, 5:00-11:00pm

Where: LeBauer Park (208 N Davie St) and Center City Park (200 N Elm St), Greensboro, NC

Please support our 4th Annual Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival designed and curated by Architect of Black Space, supported by JuneteenthGSO executive committee and Featuring SISTARS! This year is ALL About Black JOY!
We will include both downtown parks, more food, more fun, bigger and Blacker!! This event supports over 100 Black businesses!

2. Dead Letter Office: A Tribute to R.E.M. 

When: Sun, Jun 16 at 7:00pm

Where: The Crown at the Carolina, 310 S Greene St, Greensboro, NC

Dead Letter Office have dedicated themselves to faithfully reproducing the music and energy of a live R.E.M. show. Since 2014, Dead Letter Office has been thrilling audiences throughout the U.S. & Canada, providing a show that’s been sorely missed since R.E.M called it quits.
Dead Letter Office not only performs R.E.M.’s major hits but also dives deep into their catalog to please the die-hard fans! Dead Letter Office has even been joined onstage by members of R.E.M. at past festival performances!
Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door.
Ticket Commission: A $3 processing fee and NC Sales Tax per ticket
Box Office opens at 6:30pm for this event only.

3. Father's Day Celebration

When: Sun, Jun 16, 1:00-Sunset

Where: Summerfield Farms, 3203 Pleasant Ridge Rd, Summerfield, NC

Celebrate Dad on Father’s Day at Summerfield Farms! We’ve planned some of our favorite things to make sure the father figures in our lives feel special!
🥃 Whiskey Tastings – $12 | 2:30 pm, 3:15 pm, 4:00 pm 
🥟 Empanada Grill | 1-6 pm
🍦 Blue Skies Creamery | 1-4 pm
🐐 Goats and Bunnies | 1-3 pm
🎶 Live Music
🥃 Whiskey tasting tickets can be purchased the day-of at The Well Truck.
🍻 $1 off IPA cans
🍹 $12 Frozen Whiskey Sour (yum!)

4. Juneteenth Gospel Superfest: Interfaith Celebration

When: Sun, Jun 16, 2:30-5:30pm

Where: Barber Park Amphitheater, 1500 Barber Park Dr, Greensboro, NC

SAVE THE DATE for the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Gospel Superfest: Interfaith Celebration that brings religion & spirituality together in unity and community through traditional, contemporary, and urban music, song and dance.
It’s a Community Concert, Celebration and Reunion! Bring the family, blanket and/or chair. Enjoy the concert, shop with vendors, and get some good food from the Food Trucks.
Make sure dad comes, we will honor "OUR" community father's and their fatherhood.

5. Pride Market and Blueberry Pancake Fundraiser

When: Sat, Jun 15, 7:30am-12:00pm

Where: Greensboro Farmers Curb Market, 501 Yanceyville St, Greensboro, NC

The Curb Market kicks off the summer with Pride and Blueberries: Blueberry Pancake Fundraiser & Pride Market on Saturday June 15th. Come on out and enjoy pancakes made by local Chef Noah Sheets and shop our full roster of farmers market vendors. Special Tabling Opportunity for LGBTQIIA+ Small Businesses: If you grow, make, bake, craft, or produce your own products and would like to try selling your wares at the farmers market, we are inviting guest vendors on Saturday the 15th (hours: 7:30am-12pm). Please email us at if you are interested in participating, and we will send you a registration form. We will have a limited number of spots available, so reach out today! (Please note: all prepared food items must be produced in a NCD&S certified kitchen)
Come celebrate Pride Month and the arrival of Blueberries with us!

6. Night Paddles

When: Wed, Jun 12, 8:00-10:00pm

Where: Lake Brandt Marina, 5945 Lake Brandt Rd, Greensboro, NC 

Enjoy the lake by moonlight! Lake Brandt and Lake Higgins will be hosting night paddles on a weekly basis throughout the summer. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent one of ours. Reservations are required. This program is open to ages 13+. Basic paddle instructions will be provided as needed.

7. Triad Annual Juneteenth Festival

When: Sat, Jun 15, 1:00-8:00pm

Where: Innovation Quarter, 575 N Patterson Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 

Enjoy the rich African American cultural traditions at the Juneteenth Festival celebrating the 159th Anniversary of Freedom!
