Meet Chris & Nicole

Chris and Nicole came to us through a third party relocation company. We have strong relationships with all the major relocation company networks nationwide. Chris would be relocating to our area for a new job.

The Wish List

Chris and Nicole were very organized with their home search and knew exactly what they wanted to see when they came into town to tour homes. We showed them 5 houses and one ended up being their dream home! We negotiated a contingent offer with the builder that allowed the builder to keep the home in the Parade of Homes.

The Turbulence

There were several hurdles during the purchase process. On their way back home, they were saddened to hear that the sale of their current home fell through. They put their home back on the market, and quickly got it under contract again. Things were going smoothly when all of a sudden the contract on their current home fell through again for the second time! They were juggling all of this turbulence at the same time their young son Kellen was having surgery to remove a brain tumor. It was a very stressful time for them to say the least.

The Results

Chris and Nicole decided to move forward with the purchase or their new home without selling their current home, so they removed the contingency. Since they would need time to get a loan, we helped restructure their contract with the builder so they could close at a later date. Since they were busy out-of-state helping their son recover from surgery, we handled all of the closing details for them, including the orientation, punch list, and final walk through. They literally came into town the day before closing to close on their new home. We are so honored that they trusted us with all the details and we were able to handle everything for them when their life was in turmoil.

Congratulations Chris, Nicole & Kellen!
