Meet Eric & Lindsay
Eric and Lindsay were referred to us by a third party relocation company. They sold their home in Minnesota and were moving to North Carolina for a job transfer, so needed to find a home quickly.
The Home Search
Eric and Lindsay traveled to NC to get a feel for what they were looking for, to see neighborhoods, and what our market has to offer. Buyers often have to make more than one trip to town during the home search process. They came back a second time and found the perfect home in Summerfield. They decided to go head and make an offer because inventory is so low in our market, plus, this home had the ideal backyard. We helped them get the home under contract.
The Turbulence (or lack thereof)
This home was pre-inspected and the seller had already made repairs and corrected everything which is huge plus. Even though this home had been pre-inspected, we advised Eric and Lindsay to do their own home inspection to verify the repairs had been made. Fortunately, there were no surprises in the inspection report. This transaction had very little turbulence!
The Results
Eric and Lindsay's transaction flowed smoothly, they signed the papers, and closed on the home!
