Meet Jim & Jennifer

Jim and Jennifer were referred to us by a past client. They are professionals from DC who wanted to relocate to the NW Greensboro area for their jobs.

The Virtual Connection

Jim and Jennifer had very specific needs and knew exactly what they were looking for but the home search process would prove a bit challenging because of their separate locations. Jim moved to Greensboro, while Jennifer continued to live in DC. He was able to tour homes in person, with Jennifer viewing the home virtually. Virtual showings have come a long way and we utilized the latest technology available.

The Turbulence

Eventually, they found a home, made an offer, and got it under contract. It seemed like a great home, but there were issues that came up during inspections. Unfortunately, the first house did not work out because of the bad inspections. They started searching for homes again.

One of our main challenges was that there was not much inventory in the market, plus they were looking in a narrowly defined area. Eventually, they found another great home and we helped them get it under contract.

The Results

Jim and Jennifer's transaction flowed smoothly, they signed the papers, and closed on the home! We even helped coordinate the closing so that Jennifer did not have to attend.

Congratulations Jim & Jennifer on your home purchase!
