Pending sales were down -21.3% in January (compared to Jan 2019). This stat changed the most compared to all the other metrics. The average sales price increased +9.2% in January (compared to Jan 2019). Although January seemed slower than usual, prices are still going up. However, inventory is down again, -9.9% (compared to Jan 2019). There is only a 2.4 month supply of inventory, which is extremely low. This is an indication that we are in a strong seller's market right now.
