William (Bill) Mecklenburg (NMLSR #1595427) is a Senior Mortgage Consultant who brings over 25 years of service, sales and marketing experience to the table for Prosperity Home Mortgage.  His experience runs the gamut – from Conventional to FHA to USDA to VA loans  . . . from purchases to refinances . . . primary residences to second homes to investment properties  . . . he is ready and able to assist you with all of your home buying needs.

He graduated from Bradley University many, many years ago with a minor in mathematics and is thrilled to be able to use those skills and be in a position to help you work through the loan process.  As a Certified Military Home Specialist (CMHS), he takes great pride in working with our veterans.  His personal goal is to assist his clients (and business partners) throughout the process of buying a home so that they can make informed and educated decisions that will help make the mortgage loan transaction as smooth as possible.
